I built the Wellness Home Score™ to turn 'should we stay or should we sell' from a guess into a documented, evidence-based answer, for families across the Bay Area, and with particular depth for South Asian and NRI families navigating this decision across generations, and often across borders.

I founded D*GLOW Consulting around one insight: your home shapes your longevity. Wellness positioning matters. Agents and families need this framework. No one was talking about it then. It was predictive. It was bold. It was right.
I earned the REALTOR® license; not because I needed it to understand homes, but because I was ready to scale this framework at market velocity. I started positioning homes and coaching agents.
Fast Company: "Forget granite countertops. Homebuyers now say this is their No.1 priority." Health and wellness. Invisible wellness. A $1.8 trillion market. Exactly the framework I built in October 2025.
I sharpened the focus: aging-in-place decision planning first, with real depth serving South Asian and NRI families managing it across generations, and often across borders. The luxury-positioning validation was real. It's just not what families actually need help with. This is.
Background
My career began in clinical social work at Stanford Medicine, where I supported patients and families navigating complex health and life transitions, before eventually launching and leading innovative clinics and care delivery models. That foundation gave me something most real estate partners don't have: a deep understanding of how the places people live in affect health, wellbeing, and everyday function.
Before launching D*GLOW Consulting, I spent 23 years inside Stanford Medicine, across geriatric, cancer, complex coordinated care, palliative medicine, and integrative and concierge clinics, then led Whole Health digital product strategy as SVP for Medicare and Medi-Cal members at Anthem. That clinical foundation, as an LCSW working across geriatrics, palliative care, oncology, and integrative medicine, is what the Wellness Home Score™ and the Aging-in-Place Clinical Overlay™ are built on, before a single open house.

A key part of how this took shape happens through BollyFitness, the 100+ member, predominantly South Asian wellness community I teach, built around movement, recovery, and connection. It's where the Wellness Home Score™ was tested long before Fast Company caught up to it, and where I first heard, directly from engineers, lawyers, clinicians, and founders navigating this exact decision for their own parents, what a home actually needs to change to support aging well.
