HOW I FOUND MY PURPOSE
My name, “Deepti,” means to give light, glow, and illumination in my culture. One could say I was born to shine a light on my loved ones, help people rise up and walk towards hope, and nurture the light within myself to glow brightly through life's joys, storms, and all the chapters yet to unfold. This intrinsic purpose fuels D*GLOW Holistic Consulting.
In spring of 2025, after 23 ambitious and often rewarding years, I intentionally paused to reflect on my life’s purpose and cultivate improved longevity across my various roles. This journey led me to embrace the principles of Holistic Wealth, applying mindset guidance to intentionally design and live the life I desired for myself and my family. I developed my own Holistic Wealth Blueprint, focusing on my social, community, physical, spiritual wellness, and financial health, while growing my confidence and tools in these areas.
This profound discovery propelled me to launch D*GLOW Holistic Consulting. My experiences at my first consulting business D@Health provided invaluable insights into business growth, execution, and strategy, while my personal transformation provided the missing piece: integrating authentic self-discovery and holistic well-being with professional ambition. Now, I guide and mentor founders, entrepreneurs, small business owners, and professionals across the Bay Area and Southern California through times of significant growth, transition, and change. I bring together proven strategic tools with transformative mindset guidance to help you find clarity, purpose, resilience, and confidence as you create the next powerful chapter of your journey, just as I did.

I was raised in a third culture family with rich, vibrant world life experiences that I treasure immensely. Born in Northern India, raised in Brazil,Jamaica, and Canada, and studying and working in Canada, Australia, and the United States.
My love of dance and international music started at a young age, where I danced samba in the Brazilian Carnival, performed with a Caribbean dance troupe in elementary school, and became a certified Zumba and Bollywood Instructor after having my two daughters over 14 years ago at Stanford.
I am an avid gardener and enjoy harvesting fruits, herbs and vegetables to make nutritious meals for my family and at gatherings with friends. I enjoy movement everyday and connect with nature all the way from Marin to Saratoga. I relish forest bathing in open space preserves in Skyline or Half Moon bay, mindful hikes in Portola Valley, Mount Diablo, Palo Alto, and Los Altos, and Ultimate D dancing on my deck in the Peninsula.
