Background

My career began in clinical social work at Stanford Medicine, where I supported patients and families navigating complex health and life transitions, before eventually launching and leading innovative clinics and care delivery models. That foundation gave me something most real estate partners don't have: a deep understanding of how clinical environments affect patient experience, physician workflow, and care delivery.

Over 23 years, I advanced into health system leadership and enterprise strategy, ultimately serving as SVP of Enterprise Whole Health Technology Strategy at Anthem/Elevance Health. I've worked across integrated care delivery, value-based models, oncology, transplant, geriatric, concierge, and primary care — understanding at a systems level how healthcare organizations operate, scale, and transform.

In 2026, I founded D*GLOW Consulting to bring that expertise directly to the physicians and wellness entrepreneurs who are building the next generation of women's health and concierge practices.
