I’m DEEPTI. a business owner, wife, mother, and holistic consultant
Rooted in clinical social work at Stanford Medicine, my career began by supporting individuals and families through critical health and life transitions. I later advanced into systems redesign and leadership, managing clinical, technology, and business operations across Stanford’s Inpatient, Integrative, and Cancer Care programs.
My entrepreneurial drive led me to Anthem, where I helped launch the first Entrepreneur in Residence and Innovation program and later served as Vice President of Whole Health Technology Delivery. These experiences inspired me to found D@Health, a consulting practice that guided health tech startups through growth and successful exits.
After years of building organizations and strategies, my own transformation revealed a deeper purpose—integrating authentic self-discovery and holistic well-being with professional ambition.
Today, through D*GLOW Holistic Consulting, I guide founders, entrepreneurs, and professionals navigating growth, transition, and change. My approach blends proven strategy with mindset and wellness tools to help you create your next powerful chapter with clarity, purpose, and confidence.
